1. Returns

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Returns are accepted only if:

* Product is damaged during delivery
* Wrong product was delivered
* Product is leaking or defective upon arrival

2. Return Request Timeline

Please raise your return request within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refunds

After verification, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable if:

* Fragrance preference issue (“smell pasand nahi aayi”)
* Damage caused after delivery

5. Exchange

Eligible damaged products may be replaced subject to stock availability.
